With years of experience in the production of standardised trimmings, we can call ourselves experts in this field with a clear conscience. Every day we receive beef and pork trimmings from our predominantly German slaughterhouses and cutting plants. From these, up to 20 tonnes are mixed and frozen daily. We produce standards in the fat levels 90/10 80/20 70/30 60/40 for raw sausage or boiled sausage production. Many other products on request
